Without people no company can survive. Letting your people know how the company is doing is a way to keep them focused. Re-emphasizing the fact that each person has an impact on our success and then everyone is treated with respect. Recognizing special events, accomplishments, birthdays and spontaneous lunches all help with letting each person know they are appreciated.”
