“One of the best things that happened during the pandemic was Blink’s attitude stayed the same—it was a continuation of 2019 and the 18-plus years in business before that—an attitude of optimism, growth, opportunity and family. That mindset, along with frequent company-provided lunches, surprise happy hours and daily voluntary workouts, made the other parts of the year, that were out of our control, easier. Inside the Blink walls (even while we were virtual), we were still growing as colleagues, celebrating victories together and looking to the future—opposed to using the pandemic as an excuse to expect less of one another.”
