Q: How are you differentiating your company as a top employer in today’s crowded marketplace?

“We are thankful to be celebrating our 40th year in business. We emphasize our size, stability, family culture and financial strength along with competitive compensation and broad employee benefits including generous PTO and holiday vacations. We know that if we take care of our employees, our clients will be well cared for also. The fact that we have very large in-house decorating facilities for both embroidery and screen printing on apparel also allows for a lot of employment variety and flexibility for our teammates. Then, when you add the broad services we provide from company stores, warehouse storage, kitting and special projects, the variety of jobs and upward mobility is even greater. We want our team to understand that they have a lot of flexibility in jobs and upward mobility right here within our company. I believe all of this contributes greatly to our history of many long-term employees.”
