“The past year has been a little challenging, with most of our staff working remotely. The usual quick conversations around the water cooler have not been possible. Our company culture is very engrained, and we were able to maintain most of it through video conferencing. The tricky part would have been onboarding remote new hires. Fortunately, we did not have to face that challenge. Now that our team is back onsite, we are quickly returning to a pre-COVID office environment.”
