PAPPA Incorporates Promotional Products Into Geocache Adventure

Members of the Philadelphia Area Promotional Products Association (PAPPA) went on a geocaching adventure at the Bear Creek Mountain Resort in Macungie, Pennsylvania, on April 21, using GPS devices to search for hiking-related promotional products.

“We had a great response from 15 product sponsors, and the 25 attendees had a great time,” says Andy Shuman, general manager of Rockland Embroidery and co-chair of the event. Attendees divided into small groups and headed out to locate products hidden throughout the grounds of the mountain resort, with lunch following.

“I have been a longtime supporter of the regional associations events and I am super excited that the organizers are getting more creative these days,” adds Dana Zezzo, vice president of sales and marketing at Crown Products. “Strategic product placement is something that I am very passionate about. Thank you, PAPPA, for giving us this opportunity.”

Product sponsors for the event included APPI Sales, Chocolate Inn, Crown Products, Curto Toy, Hit Promotional Products, Leed’s, Moderne Glass, Montco Advertising, MVP Promos, Storm Duds, PAPPA, RAM Associates, Rockland Embroidery, Sanmar and Tekweld.
