Distributor Club Colors (PPAI 135725), in Schaumburg, Illinois, has a new way to celebrate its sales reps’ success, presenting sales leaders with a Closing Champion Belt.

“Any successful company that grows creates traditions, sticks to traditions, takes them seriously and battles for them as a team each month,” says John Morris, sales manager.

The belt represents a month of hard work, dedication and persistence by the entire team, but it is awarded each month to the top performing sales representative. In January, the inaugural month, Natalie Forth, national account manager, was awarded the belt for sales 224 percent over her monthly sales goal. Second place went to Adam Stoczynski, senior campus development manager, with 175 percent.
