"We were impressed by GDC's stellar reputation and strong manufacturing presence in Asia," says Raj Malik, Bioworld CEO. "I am confident in our teams' shared passion for providing consumers with products that truly embody the brands they love, and I look forward to the success this union will bring."

Bioworld first ventured into children's accessories when it acquired Nolan Glove Co. in 2014. GDC's strong presence in Asia will also provide Bioworld with 10 additional factories.
