“Clear expectations. Good communication. Procedures. Flexibility. Fun. Without this recipe, PromoSpark wouldn’t thrive as a business and would fall short in making employees happy. Expectations have to be set so that the team is aiming for the same goal and feel a sense of pride in what they are doing. Good communication is essential, so everyone knows where we are in the process. Procedures are a must to keep the flow going, reduce mistakes and create accomplishment within the team. Flexibility is extremely important, because we are human and value family time. Without fun the days would be long, and fun stimulates creativity.
