Coldwater, Ohio-based distributor EMB Designs (UPIC: EMBDe964) received the 2011 Diverse Supplier Achievement Award from Accident Fund Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of Michigan. Presented at their seventh Annual Supplier Diversity Achievement Awards Ceremony, the award is given to BCBS’ top performing vendor for the past year.
EMB Designs is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), an advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to U.S. corporations. WBENC was founded in 1997 and is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled and operated by women in the U.S.
