Lion Circle Corporation (UPIC: FANS), a supplier based in Chicago, Illinois, has acquired Superior Advertising and Marketing, Inc.’s (UPIC: SAMLINE) SAM Line. Superior Advertising and Marketing Corporation has ceased operations.
SAM Line will be relocating from Cape Girardeau, Missouri, to Lion Circle’s 100,000-square-foot Chicago manufacturing plant, consolidating corporate offices, production and warehousing in one site. Lion Circle will be adding SAM Line’s magnets and plastic products to its own line of hand fans, paper hats and paper promotional products.
