Supplier R.S. Owens & Co., Inc. (UPIC: RSOWENS) was tapped to design and produce the prestigious Renaissance Award presented by the Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. The award will be presented to Jamie Foxx by past winner Robert Downey Jr. at a “Cocktail Glam” banquet benefiting the Black Harvest International Festival of Film and Video.
Scott Siegel, MAS, R.S. Owens president and past chair of the PPAI Board of Directors, says, “We are pleased to have been selected to manufacture this singular award to honor a lifetime achievement.”
R.S. Owens has more than 70 years’ experience manufacturing and designing a wide variety of awards. These include the Oscar®, the Emmy and the Cotton Bowl trophy.
