Cynthia D’Amour, MBA, leadership strategist and president of People Power Unlimited, LLC, will be the opening general session speaker at the upcoming RAC Leadership Development Workshop (LDW). D’Amour specializes in helping associations grow volunteer involvement and build leadership success. A frequent speaker, she has served on ASAE’s research committee and founded the Chapter Leaders Playground, an online community for organization volunteer leaders. D’Amour has authored seven books, including The Lazy Leader’s Guide to Outrageous Results and How to Turn Generation Me Into Active Members of Your Association, and blogs at Cynthiadamour.com.
