In a free webinar at 3 pm CDT on November 4 discover how QuickBooks makes it easy to manage purchase orders/vendors and sales/customers.
The webinar starts with the vendor center, where participants will learn how to access vendor information, add/edit/delete records, enter purchase orders, receive items, enter bills, apply early payment discounts, enter prepayments to vendors, pay bills and print checks in batches. The next part reviews the customer center, where members will learn how to access customer information and add/edit/delete records, enter invoices and payments, create sales receipts, record deposits and print sales documents in batches.
The webinar also will cover how to enter invoices for products that will be drop-shipped to customers and allocate items, expenses and time entered on purchases to customer invoices.
