Nichole Stella, president and chief revenue officer of Promo Marketing, has joined M. Rubin & Sons as executive vice president, corporate strategy and development, and will oversee the strategic vision across the various divisions of the company, including industry supplier Blue Generation (PPAI 174655).
Stella has spent the past 12 years at NAPCO Media, parent company of the Promo Marketing Media Group, transforming the brands under her leadership in all areas, including developing and launching new online products and services; selling complex enterprise level technology and marketing solutions; forging and negotiating strategic partnerships; and recruiting and developing top sales, marketing and creative talent. Since 2013, as president she quickly scaled the Promo Marketing Media Group and significantly increased revenue.

Stella will play an essential role in the strategic development and execution of M. Rubin & Sons’ future corporate growth plans. She will also bring her expertise in branding, technology, sales and marketing transformation to further strengthen the supplier.

Stella has been a strong supporter of PPAI, where she currently chairs the Leadership Advisory Committee, and she will continue her work to strengthen the industry through the Association. Dave Leskusky, former president of Promo Marketing and current president of NAPCO Media, will lead the group on an interim basis. The company will conduct an executive search for Stella’s successor.
