Supplier Picnic Time, Inc. (PPAI 143980) has rebranded as the Picnic Time Family of Brands, citing its growth over the past 35 years and its expansion from a handful of picnic baskets to a broad range of categories.

Picnic Time Family of Brands will act as the parent for four new sub-brands that will have their own unique identity:

  • The Picnic Time sub-brand will stay true to the company’s roots with a selection of picnic and wine baskets and picnic totes.
  • Oniva has an active living and outdoor recreation focus, and features outdoor gear such as totes, coolers and gardening sets.
  • The Legacy sub-brand offers accessories associated with beer, wine and spirits, including growlers, bar-accessory kits and beverage carriers.
  • Toscana provides a tabletop and serveware sub-brand built around sustainability, functionality and style.

Alongside the rebranding, Picnic Time has also introduced the “Built To Last” lifetime guarantee program.
