Ensuring accurate and complete product orders is a top priority for both distributors and suppliers, yet many of the current industry procedures are fraught with opportunities for errors, frustration and, ultimately, order delays and extra costs.

On Monday, January 9 from 1:30 to 2:30, the PPAI Distributors Committee presents a panel discussion focused on delivering dozens of best practices to ensure clean, accurate and—best of all—stress-free orders. During the free session, “Stop The Order-Error Madness,” distributors will hear from a diverse panel of order experts from both sides including Gary Haley, president, Beacon Promotions, Inc.; Ira Neaman, president, Vantage; Kim Bulinsky, apparel division director, Hit Promotional Products; Amanda Corey, MAS, president, Biz Mark, Inc.; Kate Alavez, director of HR and operations, PromoShop, Inc.; and Tara Villanueva, CAS, regional service manager, West, Geiger. The session will be facilitated by Amy Mallet, MAS, president of Amsley Promotions.

Distributors are invited to join the interactive discussion where the panelists will discuss the journey of a typical promotional products order, plus share their tips and best practices aimed at avoiding complications, errors and problems that hold up on-time delivery and cause costly mistakes. Attendees will also have a chance to ask their own questions.

The session takes place in Breakers L on Level 2 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. It’s free to all PPAI members while nonmembers may purchase a ticket and all attendees earn one CEU point towards certification.
