The Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) has announced its 2017 board of trustees executive committee and new board members. The IRF, which funds research studies and develops products serving the incentive industry, has also been accepted to the International Standard Organization’s (ISO) Technical Advisory Group.

The 2017 IRF executive committee includes Chair Janet Traphagen, president of Creative Group, Inc.; Vice Chair Mike May, president and owner of Spear One; Secretary Kari Vrba, senior vice president of business development at MotivAction; and Treasurer Patrick Smith, senior director of group sales at The Leading Hotels of the World.

Joining the board as trustees are Richard Gladson, head of recognition and business development programs, Lincoln Financial Group; Stephen Cook, president and chief inspiration officer at Lorandus Meetings & Communications; and Susan Adams, senior director of engagement at Next Level Performance, a Dittman Company.

The IRF has been unanimously accepted to the ISO’s human resource management technical advisory group (TAG 260). The group focuses on developing standardization in the field of human resource management.
