Distributor Proforma brought more than 800 owners, sales representatives, supplier partners and support team members together recently for four days of education sessions, motivational events and celebrating their successes at its 29th Annual Proforma Convention & Family Reunion, held at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino. During the event, Proforma also inducted Fran Ford, president of Sparks, Nevada-based supplier Castelli, A Division of Magnet, LLC, (UPIC: Castelli), into its Hall of Fame. Ford is only the fourth individual to be included in the group of Proforma leaders and influencers.

Headlining the event was a “TEDx”-style owner presentation that showcased 12 of Proforma’s million and multi-million dollar producers, representing more than $80 million in collective sales, sharing their best strategies for increasing sales. The agenda also included a private vendor showcase and a number of supplier-led education and networking events.

Ford’s induction into Proforma’s Hall of Fame recognizes his role in advancing Proforma’s mission by making valuable introductions between the leadership team and key partners, and helping to form and strengthen vital business relationships. Proforma credits Ford’s collaborative spirit and innovative ideas for several programs that have helped owners increase their sales and solidify the company’s reputation in the industry.

“We are honored and proud to have Fran Ford as an advisor, confidant, friend and member of the Proforma family,” says Greg Muzzillo, founder of Proforma. “Fran’s industry knowledge, experience and expertise has made him instrumental in helping Proforma continue to reach new levels of success and we are thankful for his vision and support.”

Proforma also recognized the 32 owners who joined the Million Dollar Club this year, nine of which are first-time Million Dollar Club members, 18 first-time Multi-Million Dollar Club members, two Five Million Dollar Club members and three 10 Million Dollar Club members. Proforma presented 107 Centurion awards to owners who increased their sales by over $100,000 in the 2015 calendar year, recognized 27 owners who qualified for the 2016 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, and distributed more than 55 additional business development and sales achievement awards.
