The Promotional Specialists (UPIC: TPS), a Markham, Ontario-based distributor, has been acquired by the shopper marketing firm, Pareto Corporation. Aaron Moscoe and Andrew Rotenberg, founders of The Promotional Specialists, will remain with the company.

Moscoe and Rotenberg founded The Promotional Specialists in 1988 and have grown it to a 30-person firm servicing a number of large Canadian brands.
