HALO Branded Solutions Acquires BjM Promotions

HALO Branded Solutions (UPIC: HBS) has announced the acquisition of BjM Promotions (UPIC: BJMP0001), an Islandia, New York-based promotional products distributor. While terms of the transaction have not been released, BjM’s sales and key administrative staff will join HALO, and BjM’s sales office on Long Island in Islandia, New York, will remain open.
