Loading ...Tempo Industries Acquires Timenet USA
Westbury, New York-based Tempo Industries, Inc. (UPIC: TEMP0001) has acquired the assets of Timenet USA (UPIC: TIMENET), headquartered in La Puente, California. Timenet’s facility in California will close later this summer, with operations relocating to Tempo’s New York location.

Business is expected to go on as normal at the two companies during the transition. Timenet CEO Steven Lin and certain members of his staff will work with Tempo to ensure the process is not disruptive for customers.
