Loading ...Beacon Promotions Acquires The Imagery Group
New Ulm, Minnesota-based supplier Beacon Promotions (UPIC: BEACONP) has acquired The Imagery Group (UPIC: IGROUP). The Nashville, Tennessee-based supplier is in the process of shuttering its facility and transferring operations to Minnesota. During the changeover, Beacon Promotions and The Imagery Group personnel are working to contact customers, process orders and facilitate a smooth transition.
Beacon Promotions is planning a public announcement of its acquisition at month’s end. Watch for the July 3 edition of PPB Newslink for more information and an interview with Beacon Promotions President Gary Haley regarding the business deal.
