HALO Branded Solutions Acquired By PSP Capital Partners, LLC

HALO Branded Solutions (UPIC: HBS), a distributor company headquartered in Sterling, Illinois, announced today the purchase of the company by PSP Capital Partners, LLC, a Chicago-based private investment firm founded by Penny Pritzker, in partnership with senior management of HALO.
