DistributorCentral (UPIC: DC), a Gardner, Kansas-based company that provides e-commerce tools for industry suppliers and distributors, has announced its new DC Platinum Supplier program.
The company’s DC Platinum Supplier program is intended to promote and recognize the supplier members of DistributorCentral. To become a Platinum Supplier, a company must maintain product information and honor all pricing, complete a minimum of six hours of training every year and receive a minimal number of complaints from distributors during their membership.
“The goal is for all of our supplier members to achieve Platinum status,” says Jason Nokes, president of DistributorCentral. “We focus on recruiting only the top suppliers in our industry, and we work with each one to maximize their exposure and usage of DC. We are the only solution in the industry that provides suppliers with the ability to offer every one of their distributors free access to their product information and a full suite of free tools to build e-commerce-enabled websites featuring their products.”
