TradeNet (UPIC: TRADENET), a supplier headquartered in Gardner, Kansas, has acquired Independence, Missouri-based Ad Dimensions (UPIC: ADCUBE). Ad Dimensions supplies its Ad Cubes, Slinky adhesive notes and Stik-On Notes to the promotional products industry.
Ad Dimensions product lines will be integrated into those offered by TradeNet. The integration is forecast to be complete by April 23. Ad Dimension’s manufacturing equipment is being moved from Missouri to TradeNet’s facility in Gardner, Kansas, and during this transition some of the company’s products may be unavailable.
