BCH Unique (UPIC: BCHUNIC), a supplier of custom Lucite products with facilities in Jackman, Maine, and St. Martin, Quebec, has acquired the awards division of Noteworthy (UPIC: NWORTHY), an Amsterdam, New York-based producer of awards, plaques, desktop and giftware.
The acquisition moved BCH Unique forward in its goal to become a full-service provider of awards and recognition solutions. Annie Breton, BCH Unique sales manager, says: “This new acquisition further demonstrates our commitment to expanded capabilities for high-quality custom and stock products through our distribution network, and offers our customers a complete line of products with the best service in the industry.”
Noteworthy’s award line production will remain in Amsterdam, New York, giving BCH Unique a new facility and U.S. manufacturing base. The company’s head office, located in Canada, will manage customer service for the new product line.
