SAGE Online’s product rating system is one of more than 100 new features and updates that came with the release of version 9.0 of the service, currently being rolled out to the applications’ users. As a SAGE Online user, customers can go in and rate each product individually. The ratings of all SAGE Online users will be saved for each product and displayed as an average. Looking into this product rating will help distributors decide which product will best fit what they are looking for.
To rate a product, all the user has to do is click on the “Click here to rate this product” link located below the product image in SAGE Online. From here, you are able to rate the product on a five-star scale, add notes about the product or mark the product as a “favorite.” A high rating on a specific product will let the user know that the product has met all the standards of people who have previously ordered that product from that supplier.
