St. Paul, Minnesota-based supplier Crystal D (UPIC: CRYSTALD) has announced the company’s fourth quarter 2011 WOW Champs. These are employees nominated by their peers for exemplifying one of Crystal D’s five core values.
The fourth quarter WOW Champs are:
• Ian Hanson – Integrity
• Brent Larson – Quality
• Rich “Fish” Irvine – Respect
• Joe Christensen – Commitment
• Mike Goetz – Passion
Each WOW Champ was presented with a certificate, along with a Starbucks gift card and a decorated cupcake. All quarterly WOW Champs are also in the running to be one of Crystal D’s 2011 Value Champions at the company’s annual WOW Day meeting on January 26, 2012.
“The WOW Champs help us all do our best,” says Bridget Dahlgren, marketing coordinator. “They set a new standard each quarter. It really helps all of us stay focused and motivated.”
