On November 16, PPAI’s series of webinars examining how the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) impacts the promotional products industry will look at how the regulations affect plush toys.
Presented by PPAI Director of Public Affairs Anne Lardner-Stone and Thomas Harney of Specialized Technology Resources, the webinar will provide an overview of the CPSIA and its regulations, how it defines children’s products and toys, and specific regulations concerning plush toys. It will also give an overview of mandatory and voluntary considerations and the CPSIA resources available.
