Craig Morantz’ Retirement Brings Changes To Polyconcept North America’s Sales Organization

Polyconcept North America’s (PCNA) vice president of sales, Craig Morantz, is retiring from the promotional products industry to pursue new interests. He had spent seven years in the position. He will remain within the organization until January 31, 2012, and continue as a shareholder of Polyconcept.

Morantz joined the company after it acquired his company, Aware Marketing Group.

“Craig has been a key member of the PCNA team since he joined us in 2004,” says David Nicholson, president of Polyconcept North America. “He was instrumental in building our industry-leading sales team and driving several key initiatives that remain critical elements of our market strategy. Craig is a true innovator and entrepreneur, and his perspective will not be easily replaced within the PCNA organization. We certainly wish him all the best as he pursues his next venture.”

David Grobisen has been promoted to follow Morantz as vice president of sales. He joined Leed’s in 2005 as national sales manager for the Western United States and was promoted to Polyconcept’s director of sales in 2009. He assumed responsibility for PCNA’s sales organization on November 1, and is working with Morantz during the transition.

“David has demonstrated a true passion for our business, and his confidence and leadership style have had a positive impact on our entire organization,” says Nicholson. “We look forward to David’s greater influence on our growth in his new role.”

Erin Harris, previously with Aware Marketing Group and now part of PCNA’s sales organization, will assume responsibility for all Canadian sales functions for Leed’s, Bullet and Journalbooks. All Canadian field sales managers and business development representatives will report to her.

“Erin’s progression from field sales to regional sales management over the last several years has proven her ability to both manage the business and to lead a sales team,” says Jeff Brown, chief marketing officer at Leed’s. “We are excited to have her assume this new role in the organization.”

Harris will report to Grobisen, as will Scott Anderson, national sales manager, and Steve Gelernter, regional sales manager Northeast.
