Have A Voice In Washington, Be A Part Of PPAI’s 2012 L.E.A.D.
PPAI’s Legislative Education and Action Day (L.E.A.D.) is a proven, effective platform for industry professionals to meet their legislators and discuss issues important to them. On March 7-8, 2012, industry professionals and PPAI staff will travel to Washington, D.C., for 2012 L.E.A.D., meeting with senators, congressional representatives and their legislative staffs on Capitol Hill.
To help make a lasting impression, PPAI is seeking examples of effective, proven promotional products that can be left with members of Congress and their staffs. Promotional products helped most politicians get elected. They communicated their values and positions to voters in ways big and small. Now, they are part of their legacy, communicating the importance of the programs they support to their constituents. These are the sort of messages PPAI’s members work with their clients to communicate every day.
Members are asked to donate examples of their products that worked, that made a difference in people’s lives and that demonstrate the power of our industry.
Share your products that show the effectiveness of our industry and that prove integral parts of campaigns that changed lives and improved communities. Please contribute examples of your successful, impactful campaigns to be presented to legislators at L.E.A.D. For more information, and to find out how to get involved, e-mail ppailaw@ppai.org.
L.E.A.D. advocates meet with members of Congress on their turf, present legislative and regulatory issues important to their business, build important political relationships and bolster the image of the industry.
