At its 16th annual National Sales Summit in St. Charles, Illinois, AIA Corporation (UPIC: ADVINADV) recognized several supplier companies with an AIA Supplier Award. These are a series of awards presented to most valued partner (MVP) suppliers who have consistently demonstrated a willingness to support AIA owners throughout the selling process.
David Woods, MAS, president and CEO of Neenah, Wisconsin-based AIA, says: “Without question, this was the best National Sales Summit we have ever held. The Supplier Excellence award recognizes suppliers who have consistently provided AIA distributors with outstanding customer service, top quality products and sales aids, on-time delivery and satisfactory problem resolution. At this year’s event, Edwards Garment (UPIC: EDWARDSG), SanMar (UPIC: SNMR), Mike Brothers (UPIC: MikeBros), Crown Products (UPIC: CROWNPRO) and Hit Promotional Products (UPIC: HITP0001) were presented with the award.
AIA’s Velocity award is presented to AIA’s fastest-growing suppliers, measured by their business growth over the past year within their respective sales volume category. Bay State Specialty (UPIC: BAYSTATE), Spector & Co. (UPIC: SPEC0038), iClick (UPIC: IClic342), Vantage Apparel (UPIC: vantage) and Tri Mountain (UPIC: TRIM0003) earned the award this year.
Suppliers who offer AIA distributors with the most unique promotions to grow their overall business are presented with the Most Innovative and Effective Promotions award. This year, the list includes ETS Express (UPIC: ETSE), Sweda USA (UPIC: SWEDA) and Bodek & Rhodes (UPIC: ULTRACLB).
The Best New Addition award is given to new MVP suppliers who have quickly demonstrated their worthiness as most valued partners. This year, the award went to Calibre International (UPIC: HCL).
SAGE (UPIC: SAGE) was recognized with the Best Preferred Service Provider award, which is presented to the service provider who provides the best customer service, quick turnaround to requests from AIA and its affiliated distributors, and continues to find ways to expand its services and solidify its relationships.
Also at the National Sales Summit, Annie Collins, a customer service specialist with Clegg (UPIC: CLEGG) was presented with the Save the Day Award for helping an AIA distributor, Steve Condon, support a client’s huge, time-sensitive product launch.
