Camsing Global Acquires Supplier Avaline

On July 6, PPB Newslink reported that Largo, Florida-based Camsing Global, LLC had acquired industry supplier Avaline (UPIC: AVALINE), located in Parsippany, New Jersey. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

A family-owned company for nearly 20 years, Avaline has a reputation for a variety of top-quality products and outstanding service. Avaline is an industry leader in emblematic jewelry and offers several additional product categories including bags, drinkware, poly-stationery, chairs and umbrellas. In addition, Avaline manufactures a range of wood products in the U.S. under the Falcon Promotional Products brand.

“Avaline fits very well strategically within our umbrella of legacy industry brands,” says Billy Dolan, chief executive officer of Camsing Global. “The acquisition allows us to consolidate some complementary product lines between the two companies, as well as expand into some new product categories such as emblematic jewelry, poly-stationery and wood products.”

Len Hornstein, founder and CEO of Avaline, says, “This is an exciting opportunity for us. Camsing Global’s international supply chain and extensive resources will allow Avaline to further expand its capabilities and build on its core values of customer service, innovation and decorating options.”

Camsing Global plans to move Avaline’s inventory and production to its North American headquarters in Largo, Florida. Customer service and certain administrative functions will remain in New Jersey. “We plan on retaining the key individuals currently on the front lines servicing distributors for Avaline intact,” says Jason Miller, president of Camsing Global. ”Moving the inventory and production into our operations in Florida allows us to utilize existing capacities and infrastructure.”
