Loading ...Gill Studios Wins At The 2011 Lenstar Lenticular Print Awards
Lenexa, Kansas-based supplier Gill Studios (UPIC: gill) won the Packaging Material category of the inaugural Lenstar Lenticular Print Award (LLPA). The company was presented the award at the Dimensions 3 International 3D and New Images Forum in Paris, France.
The company’s winning design utilized a multi-frame scatter and convergence effect and was produced for a distributor’s sales team. The LLPA award, says Gill Studios, “demonstrates the importance of lenticular imaging and its unique hold on consumer attention.”
The LLPA 2011 awards were the first awards specifically for lenticular printers, and Gill Studios’ work went up against entries from companies around the world. Judging was based on the work’s design, print quality and technical merit.
