Corvest Merges Marketing, Product Development Teams

Largo, Florida-based supplier Corvest is merging its marketing and product development teams. The parent of Adva-Lite (UPIC: ADVALITE), Toppers (UPIC: TOPPERS) and It’s All Greek To Me (UPIC: GREEK) says the new structure allows the company to better serve its customers’ needs.

“In addition to managing the product lines from conception through execution, the newly-created product management team will focus on planning and development with customers for custom and unique product development opportunities,” says Jason Miller, president of Corvest. “We are confident that these changes will have a positive impact on Corvest from both an internal and external point-of-view and will position our company for growth.”

Mark Holland, vice president of marketing, will lead the new structure. The first initiative will be the integration of the sample and collateral fulfillment department into marketing.

“The marketing and product development departments have both supported all three subsidiaries for about five years now,” Holland says. “This change essentially aligns the departments under one structure and has created a few new positions.”

One new position is tne director of product management, which will be filled by Melissa Ralston. She has more than 10 years of marketing experience, including seven years with BIC Graphic International. Ralston will supervise the product management team and work closely with Corvest Asia to ensure product consistency and service excellence.

The creative services team will continue to report directly to Holland and will be responsible for the creation of advertisements, catalogs, websites and a variety of corporate communications and public relations initiatives.
